Bug....I found it and fixed it a few days ago. Another warrior serving the suspension for something someone else did isn't very fair. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

You could very well do what you did, if you're willing to take possible slight Repuation and Loyalty hit for doing so (which could affect contract negotiations down the road) and you don't feel the warrior is worth waiting out for.

Here's what happened: (Demo 1.01)

Got a random message that one of my fighters had been suspended for some off-arena infraction.

Being in the demo I didn't have much time to wait for his suspension to lift (14 days) so I auctioned him off.

Then I went to the Free Warrior pool and selected a new fighter.

When he was shown in my roster he had now assumed the suspension of the first fighter.
