Rotating Warp points
 
Can someone tell me how to stop the rotating warp points and planets in the balance mod? (Which is incorporating FQM)

The swirly warppoints are the best part! (Aside from the superawesome black holes)

Rotation is due to the effects in Xfileclasses_stellar.txt:
"Effect # Rotate Z := Random(-0.003, 0.003)"

Thanks SJ. I thought the swirling (9) warp points might be the cause of really poor performance in a central system I have in a test game I'm screwing around with. Turns out it's not, it's the volume of ships (500+). It's like the game is trying to keep track of every ship in a system when it is selected. Mouse performance just goes to heck in that system, but is ok in others.

Not a situation that would occur in 99% of games so it's no big deal, I just wonered what was killing off performance.
