I think the Russo-German war mod for Sp2ww2 or SP2 had one. I may still have it (I seldom throw anything away. Sanctions, you know.) but I haven't used it for years.

Speaking of this, does anyone have the very old SP2WW2 v2.2~ files somewhere so I could try out the Russo German War Mod?
