After slugging my way halfway through this battle and taking a pounding from the torrent of German armor when I try to hold the southern town of Veghel , a few questions/comments come up that I'd like to ask our community.

First, after reading the mission description and surveying the map before the battle, have most of our commanders invested heavily in defending Veghel from the outset? (I'm interested in learning how other commanders approached this scenario on the FIRST attempt primarily.)
