The dom3 forum and it's future
 

Hello Shrapnel.

Some of us in the dom3 community had a discussion about the migration to desura and the ups and downs of that. One thing that worried us was the risk of losing all the valuable info accumulated over the years on the forum here. It's also a hassle to have stuff spread out on different forums.

Backing up all the important stuff is fairly easy provided the forum stays up for a while. But for all the little things like jokes, discussions, even drama, all that which makes up the community history it would be nice to keep that too. So I'd like to ask that if you ever decide to close down the dom3 forum, you would communicate that with us and provide some sort of backup to us beforehand.
