Amazing! The last time I checked, even bombardment & planes plotted in the saved game are carried over to the scenario.

If it's a brand new Generated or Long campaign, I'm afraid there's no way to do that.

But there's a way if you're using the User Campaign mechanism. But it's so hilariously tedious & complicated I...
