Well, here it is... I can't test it right now, but I don't see why it wouldn't work; it is the CB 5.4 complete, with the original heroes mod replacing.

I could probably stick the Worthy Heroes into CB 5.4 complete, if you like, to make it easy for everyone... let me know here if you do.
