Thanks! I think I actually found out how to tell. Each game discription list the version used http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/redface.gif Oh well, live and learn.

OT - sorry about another OT post, but I have another question which I can not seem to find an answer to. I have version 1.91.2 of SE IV, can I still join a game on PBW? The FAQ page says I need 1.74...
