I met 5 nations. From that five 3 is using heavy bless. Since I'm not that means 50% of the people are using heavy bless, since the sampling can be called random. (Due to random placement/nations.)...

I think that those settings that are not mentioned are standard. So, strength of independents will be 5, multipliers 100, random: common and so on.
