Let scouts carry the slaves. Keep them hidden and out of the fights.
It's best for gems too. It means they don't get killed off by a luck shot.

OTOH, using Dispel lets you choose which global to replace. Maybe you already have one or two globals up and don't want to risk losing them. Or you suspect one global to be up with minimal extra gems.

No, doesn't work. Flaming arrows only comes through the spell.

The fire bless only works on melee weapons.

The inspiration is definitely Earthdawn. I believe it's been mentioned by the devs at some point.

Bogus & crew might be an Earthdawn party. They'd fit the rules there better than most other games.

At this stage, the cure for glamour is arrows, slings, any kind of range weapon. They ignore and break glamour. Or any AoE magic.

I'm not sure about ethereal Vanheim. They don't have ethereal...
