I made sure that no potential starting province had less than 3 land connections (for land provinces) or 3 sea connections (for sea provinces) beyond that I set up no fixed start provinces. Next time...

Minor bug with the Llamaserver and UWGIM it should be sorted now but you will need this new .dm file here, Ignore the first turn you recived and use the second one.

I am a big fan of the Balseraphs they are great fun with their Cowtapults insane leader and mimics who can steal enemy promotions. I also really like the Lanun Pirates are cool arr.
