I don't think that merging Avernum and Vahnatai as one race is a good idea. Vahnatai are aliens to men (even enemies in A3). Avernum should be like in A4 (if you played it) - men, cats and lizards....

Yes, you're right. But I wasn't comparing these two great games. I was merely saying, that I had more fun playing MoM years ago, than I have playing Dom right now (it doesn't mean I don't have fun...

Just to make you know, I've tried to start new game with your map. The generation took 30 minutes, I lost my patience and killed the process (maybe it hanged or something, you never know)....

Wow, now that's a huge map. It's very tempting to try it but I'm afraid, that the turn generation time would leap to at least 10-15 minutes...

Not really a bug but still an error:

Negative death scale shows wrong % penalty to population (0.-6% instead of -0.6% for death 3 etc.).

Nobody has noticed it so far?

Casting spell: "fata morgana" crashes the game.

Anyone else has the same problem? By the way it crashes when ending turn and I think it happens after the AI thinking phase.
