Pat terrain will make a big difference as mentioned if Oplot is hull down for instance. Also Oplot has a pretty good ammo loadout and accuracy so if it gets a chance it could fire at range. No chance...

Both use identical main gun and ammo
Oplot missile has worse penetration cannot bother T-72 from the front
T-72 missile has a very small chance against the Oplot hull can...

Adjacent or same hex for everything except bunkers and ammo dumps which also supply at half rate in a 2 hex radius.
Fill applicable units in purchase order so B0 before B1

Please try and rally unit C0 in my saved game here and you will see that I'm right in what I have been saying, the A0 unit cannot rally EVERY unit on the map, only the ones in units DIRECTLY under...

Okay that's wrong maybe this is why people get so involved with it lets put it another way.

1) HQ can rally any unit on the map regardless of who it is attached to.

1 HQ unit keep him out of the way at the back on rough or similar, possibly with a decent LOS. Watch a flank from a distance to protect your arty park is my ideal location.

Listed with minimum range of 8 but due to mechanics may be longer, uses off map routine?

Never tried to fire it at short ranges its a long range from behind...

Units exiting a bunker do so for one of 2 reasons.
The threats over so would be unsuppressed as the bunker is likely to be.

The round size is the issue, 57mm is not twice the size of 30mm probably closer to 3 times the size so ammo loadout is an issue.

Kill the HQ if you want the sides morale to plummet.

If you want them to hang on for longer in a scenario make a custom indestructible unit and give it a very high point value.

Artillery can already call its own fire missions and does so quickly by Z firing a spotting round, now switch to the bombardment screen and plot it.

No idea if you meant units should surrender more or less often.
Lots of factors affect it by making morale plummet, seeing friendly units die for example or enemy’s killed.

The obvious way apart from coding issues is a unit class that allows passengers to fire, more complicated perhaps just the first slot weapon as riding. Can now do dismountable bikes cavalry even skis...

As Mobhack says artillery is lethal to light vehicles in real life, look it up if anything the game could be slightly more lethal against them. Near miss will do it no need to hit it. Big artillery...
