What does the Talisman really does:
1. +100%
2. boost to 100% which can be modified by some other things again (storms)
3. 100% to hit unchangeable.

I guess 3 but I am not sure.

I think the 150% damage bonus was much more important than the Hiss mission. And yes they where the best ground fighters and good miners. And the add on was nice but I dont know how to make that for...

First my point is that a Klingon warrior and Jem Hadar are much better fighters/troops than any other. But my other point is that the romulans, cardassian on the one side and humans/andorians/vulcans...

I saw the Star Trek Mod and the graphics are very nice, espacally the leader pictures (very cute).

It was often said, and written in the ,,Tech" books that the Federation Shields are awesome strong, this was so in every StarTrek game too.

I agree, but I think the problem is you have the choice between faster turns and more human players.. I like more human players better and still like the game even if the turns come in in 30h-50h....
