Artillery Overload is applied to the player that buys excess artillery - it has nothing to do with what the other player does. Both could overload and thus pay penalty points to each other.

Fords are the safer spots to cross streams at. Fords cost less MP to cross and are less likely to get you stuck.

The sticking chance is more if your vehicle has expended MP before trying to cross...

Oh - the early Mk1 merkavas - 89/90 or so, have image-intensifying night sights (vision 30) and so smoke still works for those. So you can smoke barrage him, and then swarm with M-41 bulldogs at 1/10...

If you play same side versus the other - one side gets the "rebel" flag, I think it is player 2.
