It's a weapon parameter, #aoe
I still have to test the concept though, but it should work, it's not different from various spells/weapons effects, what I just lack is an explosion when the the gun...

With a friend we're trying to do a mod : in the mod we'll want a "cannon" unit, I'm trying to create the weapon, but can't find any correct sound effect...

The AI is not that impressive IMHO. And indeed the AI "cheats", it gets more design points/gold/resources when set above normal level. Plus it gets information about where your provinces are to cast...

I only use the starting light inf as fodder for my first battle and never recruit any more.
When set to "fire" they charge in melee and/or get charged but usually don't fire. And if ever they fire...

In Dom2 Vine Kings had a "built in" Crown of Ivy King (artefact) for +2 bonus so summoned 3 Ogres/turns. It could go up to 4 with a Treelord Staff.
I didn't use them in Dom3 yet so am not sure it's...

AF is Anisotropic Filtering (don't ask me more ! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/confused.gif) . Both AA and AF aren't manageable ingame, but from graphics card drivers software.

Crossbows (arbalests) may save your day, although hard to mass for Ulm. If your pretender can get to Fire arrows, this plus as much as possible indie archers can make much damage.
