Re: How much "protection does a building offer"

Density is how the hex blocks LOS - which also depends on things like the visibility of the map (in very high vis, you can see a little deeper into woods and other cover so on a dull overcast day a...

Re: Various issues

See my post above

You seem to be tsling about Formation Ids (the text info eg B01) and confusing that with ID tags (flags :den).

Again, see the post I made above.

There does not seem to...

Plus it is not some siplistic hex shift table ALA squad leader etc, its lots of...

Re: Old question Issue

Then do as I suggested - move one hex at a time, not multiples when which hex you choose is vital. The pathfinding algorithm only applies for requested moves >1 hex.

Re: Old question Issue

Are you talking about the pathfinding algorithm here?

If so, if you give a unit a multi-hex move by clicking on a hex a lon way away, it will use the least-cost path. Roads and similar cost least...

Re: SS assault on Serb partisans.

You could always add a few points to the cost of German units in the scenario editor if things are so balanced on a knife edge VP wise.

You could start with say any trucks, and double thier cost...

Re: US Army New Missiles and Robots

When the Soviets went into Afghanistam they found themselves being plinked at range by old .303 rifles which only the full-fat .30 Russian Dragunovs and PKM machine guns could answer, so they issued...

And finally we get to the point

The bad ammo check on the Russian OOB gives

The key here being "slot 2" which is a null weapon (0, null, nada, zilch) with 8 superfluous AP ammo.

I presume...

So did I, but yet still every time I see it I have a wee nagging doubt about it.

Therefore (if I can remember!) - I think some range time oer the winter beckons.

50 cal HE pen from MG thingies has "special sauce"...

Any scenario is now operating at half original visibility distance.

The...
