Wow the worked - kind of.

I now get the files in the PBEM folder. However, the trouble is, when my opponent tries to play them he gets "Player 1 ORBAT file different or corrupt".

Can anyone advise me? I have recently changed to a Vista PC, and now I can not run PBEM games. I find that when I save the PBEM game, I can save it to a game name, but the SPEML files do not appear...
