The point is to give a bigger replayability to any custom battle.

Yes it is possible but it is not advisable because you need to use unconventional methods.
It has to do with manipulation of files and could produce a lot of side-effects so I strongly advise...

Once you deploy your units, you will have to move one of them to the victory location of your choice.

Each victory location has a description next to it.

Not exactly.
Spwaw will randomly ask you to fire at any target at almost any range and will fire more OP when the hostile unit enters a 3 hexes radius from your unit.
