I found a version 1.06 to download for free. Just do a google search. I think it was free-game-download.mosw.com

Actually a long time ago I tried to convert SPWW2 to a campaign like the Ambush! board game series where you would control eight single man units against the AI. Has anyone else tried it?

I'm not as interested in historical accuracy as maximizing my intial OOB. On normal difficulty you are allowed 200 units! Seems like in the old version you were only allowed 25 formations so there...

Hey, Thanks for the reply. The thought came to me when I first used the sniper unit as a spotter during a campaign. I'll check out the RPG forum.

Ambush! board game

Has anyone thought of adapting SP to the Ambush board game series? I started to work on it one time but moved on to other things.

Great. Thanks! I'll go check out my local Half Price Books. I also saw some copies for sale on ebay. As a side note, I also emailed customer support for empire interactive with no luck. Too bad...
