Here I need to tell that a squad moving around the battlefield is not 8 men nicely packed together for a camera shot like in a typical Hollywood movie. A squad occupies the ENTIRE hex in the game...

And yet, I believe that small arms lethality in game is higher than IRL (artillery though is spot on).

Range and penetration are the most important things for an AT weapon. In the game even the LAW warhead is enough to KO a tank 80% of the time if it penetrates.

Well now the fact that single man squads in the game can use all 4 weapons in one go do not seem so unrealistic...:D

Yes, I've seen this document in another forum. IIRC, British servicemembers said that the early 70ies weren't a particularly good period for the British armed forces in general.
