Re: 2023 winSPMBT V17 upgrade/Patch info

No joy in downloading via Edge or Google Chrome. I've reported it as "safe" to MicroSoft, but don't know if that'll do any good...

Probem with PBEM campaign

Chaps,

I've had a spot of bother with a PBEM Campaign. I'm player 2, and we're both on the same version. I'm on Windows 10.

When I complete a Turn and e-mail it off, a .new file seems to have...

Ferret Mk 5 - Size 0 Unit?

The Parachute Squadron Royal Armoured Corps operated the Ferret Mark 5, fitted with the Swingfire anti-tank guided missile, from 1968. One of Swingfire’s major advantages is seen, or rather not...

Re: Windows 10

New PC with Windows 10; I installed the cd and then patched-up.

Here's what I see when I open the SPMBT Folder in the C drive: can't find Saves nor PBEMs, even though I created a dummy PBEM game...

Just migrated to Windows 10 - where are the Save Games/PBEM Games folders to be found?

Re: British Lynx

Not exactly - it's only the Mk7 that's gone;the Mk9 remains in service.

Re: Pbem

Why not?

Can't manage that Turn rate, though - 3/4 per week.

Re: WinSPMBT and WinSPWW2 vs SP World At War

I also started with SP2WW2 - we're old, aren't we?

Tried WAW version too, but just didn't like the feel of it. And when the Camo Group started to expand the size of the maps - it was no contest!

Thumbs up Re: Atgm

I'll go to the foot of our stairs - missed that one!

Just found this interesting thread over at WW2Talk:

Re: Why I love SP and why I hate SP

One thing missing is that FLAK never shoots at its own sides' aircraft. Really, it should blaze away at everything that flies.... (in SPWW2, and maybe early SPMBT time-frame, at least)
