Romanian and Finland komsomolets (t-20) armored tractor

They have a load capacity set to 115 while the original soviet komsomolets has 106 which seems to be historically correct.

Unless I am missing something it will be nice if changed in the future.

I know, I set up a battle with airstrikes set to 1 and tried up to 10 times, none have transports.

I did the same for USA just to be sure I weren't doing something wrong, and I got transports in...
