Crackling sound issue
I'm a big fan of WW, but I'm having a small but irritating problem with it on my laptop. The sound has this crackling sound that repeats rhythmically whenever any sound is playing. I never heard that noise on my desktop.
In addition, there's a weird low rumbling noise in the galaxy view window that I doubt is supposed to be ambient ship noise. I haven't found it on any sound files anyway.
My laptop is a dual core dell latitude with a sigmatel integrated sound card. Here's hoping someone has a solution!
