this guy bought a digital camera from CompUSA and the box was empty. He posted a blog about it and a day later, a DAY, compUSA sent him a gift certificate. Of course there was a lot more to it, he had called them, went to their store, and even wrote the President of the company about it before posting his blog yesterday. He called their phone system anti-customer service. And that about sums it up. These retailers look at the very people who buy their products as pests to be swatted away. They know for every 1 angry customer they have leave the table, there are 6 waiting to sit down and consume their product.
