Thanks for the comments. My English is bad and I did not understand some things. The Reds are Narcotics and say to them down the experience? Maybe I could put the most experienced Reds 50-60 and few 60-70 experienced.
To change weapons I should configure the files oobs? Because it is true that the police officers would walk with explosives and mortars, as it would endanger the civilian population.
Ideally, automatic weapons and had only a few machine guns. Perhaps this can be fixed by turning off heavy weapons and explosive charges.
Something that might give more reality would be to put some cars and civilians and punish the police cars destroyed and civilians killed. But that does not know how they can do.
Another point is that the Reds have old weapons. I believe that the traffickers have money to buy new weapons
