Default Re: Swiss Blue

I extended and modified the Blue OOB as the Swiss.

Tanks:
The first Vickers arrived '33 and were in Service until after the war.
The Pz39 was (sometimes?)also equiped with a LMG for AA purpose.
ONE Strv m/38 (Swedish) was in Switzerland for a Trial (lol).

Armoured cars:
Couldn't find any reference for the Skoda PA-2 (espacially not armed).
I think the Meili 1943 was purely a pretend tank with no working gun.

Neverless I added them as improvised APCs with no weapons

ATG:
The 4.7cm guns were the main Inf AT guns before and during WW2
But a lot of the 7.5cm and alao old 8.4 cannons were used for AT purpose as well as for artillery.

Some 10.5cm Guns were just installed in fortresses before the war (the first ones ready around October 1939). Used in direct defense and artillery.

AAA
nothing new here I think

Planes:
nothing new here I think (some models were named differently or were not exact the same, but for game purpose no need to change)

Infantry A/T
Added some explosives packages like the ones in other oobs, like Brandflasche and packed handgranates (Grossmutter lol)
The 24mm was also in use like the 20mm AT-rifle.
Added a few more Units.

in fact there were more than 650'000 soldiers porely armed with a good and very accurate rifle, but thats was it mainly (Karabiner 1931 - still used this days for precise shootng on Shooting ranges and contests!).... and only 24 Pz39... Cavalary also played still a important role in the Swiss army during that time period and was only slowely replaced until the '70s....

As with all alternate OOBs
1) make a sub-folder to unzip this OOB into under the default OOBS folder
2) use the OOB swapper ("Manage OOB Sets" button on the Game Options launcher, as described in the Game Guide) to move it in or replace back with the default OOB 42 as required.
