The gane will show changed data on the
unit information screen - however the Encyclopaedia
always pulls information from the basic unchanged OOB data and so if a scenario designer changes the unit data via the scenario editor, the database info screen
won't show that as it cannot do so.
This has been SP 101 since forever, and has been explained many a time.
