Do you know how to do a multi-story building?

EDIT: Attached is a long abandoned map project by me to simulate urban environment consisting some high-rise area. It's a very rough concept but I don't know of a better substitute as yet.
I will appreciate any ideas regarding high-rise building in SP maps.
