Executor is right about the Bone Fiends being overpowering in cbm. 13 for 3 slaves is way too strong. It wouldn't be bad for another nation (perhaps) as a restricted spell - but with mictlans blood income it is way abusive.
Howewver, I don't agree with the PoD pretender. EA-Mictlan (And LA-Mictlan still does) used to have access to the Oracle, which was the cheapest chassis to a 9-9-4 Dom 7 build. But an imprisoned FoB 9-9-4 Dom 7 does almost as well.
