Mu old patch "WinSPWW2 Ver9-Ver14 Consolidation_Upgrade(2021)" is 160MB - the new "WinSPWW2 Ver16 _Upgrade(2023)" that is supposed to replace it is 9MB.
Did I download an incorrect file?
