Yes, what you are pointing out in that screen shot is the weapon information...for that WEAPON...... that tank is set up as close support so it only carries HE but there are other units that use that gun and that weapon information is used for them as well. If the tank does not carry AP or "sabot" which for that weapons is a round that has AP capability but at a shorter range than it's HE.

It may "serves to confuse" until explained.....it's now been explained....those are the general capabilities for that weapon for all ammo types ....each unit has different ammo loads and in this case that tank is set up to deal exclusively with infantry. Naturally a weapon **may** have anti armour ammo but individual units may or may not be set up with any and in this case it's not set up to fight tanks
