[Champagne]

I'm generating a June 1941 campaign game on the Russian Front but the force size generated gives Purchase Points close to 5,000. That is too large of a force to suit me.

Is there some way for me to lower the force sizes? I'd like to play a Generated Campaign with a smaller force size.
