I'd just like to point out that these potentially contradict each other, if someone suggests a winner and this is not accepted it will work the same as a call to gank that nation, which is a form of diplomacy. This isn't just theorycrafting, it happened in a recent game that Bullock hosted. |
Good point, but should easily be handled by having the votes for a winner be privately sent to the admin and the admin declares when a consensus has been reached. Will require defining what is meant by a consensus in advance (majority? unanimous? something else?).
