Pats.........getting "the color palette in the LBM right" is simple.
Simply pick one of the recent LMB's in the game done in the last 5 years, open it in you editor then paste your new photo over it and the new photo will pick up the Palette ( it does if you used PSP ).

Then all you need to do is assign a new PIC number.

Simples.

And if that seems difficult the PIC palette is in both games Game Data/ Design / Palettes folder

That said, whatever program and technique you use needs some refinement. What is 24931 supposed to be? The Pz 68 ET ?? If you were trying to go with a "retro" look you succeeded as it looks like something that would have been in SP2. PLEASE only add prototypes to unit classes that isolate them from the actual service vehicles.

Also, 24933 has junk down either side and that is something that can be easily corrected with a minutes effort

An upgraded RAR'd IBM of 24931 is attached as well as a 300% PNG of it
