Could this be caused by a random event, or is it
certain there's a Siren in the province? Not going to waste a turn patrolling if this is a one time event only.
Is this attack carried out as an assassination attempt? Those take place before any movement or patrolling, so if this is caused by a player, there isn't anything I can do to prevent it from happening again this turn
Do commanders get some kind of save to resist the attack?
Is it normal for this effect to be anonymous?
