As for Soviet deliveries to Nationalists:

Unfortunately, still there's no part on eventual arms deliveries in 1945. However, another chapter says: "The Sino-Soviet Treaty of Alliance of August 14, 1945: Moscow's betrayal of Chinese Communists".
