Hm I think you all should stop fighting over this. .. afterall we are talking about fantasy, and there everything is possible. 100 feet tall elves? Why not? Miniature dragons? Why not? Good looking ogres? Why not? ... of course there are standards for various things, but that doesnt mean that you cannot change it if you want.
