Yes. Just go to AP Calc, accessible through Game Options at startup under Utilities. There it shows you precise penetration values at various ranges for particular kinds of guns and ammo. You'll note that AP/Sabot rounds can suffer drastic diminution in PEN from their given Encyclopedia ratings, which are based on 50-meter range. Very handy!
