Well I doubt IW consider it naughty if players had a greater control over the units. But it sounds like something really hard to code in such a way that it doesn't mess up the AI, create a lot of new bugs or make turns take forever to load. It simply don't fit into the basic idea of Dominions 2 so a it would take quite an amount of reconstruction. Perhaps in a sequel, should there be one?
