A) people casting blood magic spells
B) people who kill your virgins in battle
C) people who forge magic items with virgins
D) people who empower their blood levels
and strangely
E) people who wish for "magic power" and gain that initial level of blood magic (but not subsequent wishes, adding subsequent levels of blood magic)
