We don't do tech support through the forums. You did right to contact our customer support center. At peak times it may be close to 24 hours before you get a response. I did check that they responded to your support ticket. I really can't give you more information than that, since we don't have access to support from our business offices. Log into your Gamers Front account and check your support requests.

As to your troubles with War Plan Pacific, the game runs fine in Windows 8. Again, contact customer support or you can try our knowledge base that has a suggestion for getting WPP to run on your system. The knowledge base is here:
