... I think that WinMBT have many countries which have NEVER seen in any scenarios (at least here) imho. And it's always reader's responsibility what comes to Wikipedia information... Some facts can be ok some not. I'm bit too lazy and it could need much research work to get all facts right what comes to making OOB.
Summa summarum:if not any OOB for both nations exist, it's ok
