Was that reported before the last patch ?
Do you have a save game that shows this ?
On the list for next year now....right under map damage not saving......BUT for us to recreate this we need to know the exact steps you took so a save game that shows how you were set up and how the artillery was plotted that if played will always show this behaviour then that is a useful save for use to work from
