Thanks, and when you say trip, how is it simulated?

I'm playing Germans and chanced upon a Russian booby trap, so I'm kinda ginger around it. Engineers are a bit behind the main column, so it'll take another 5 turns or so before they'll reach, and it'll likely then end up in a Russian arty strike.

Bypassing in the next hex, does it still trip it?

Or does it trip only when I'm on top of it?
