I should be clear - as part of the scenario setup, England gets a *navy*. Those witches of avalon are excellent ship-builders

That's enough ships to sail their forces around pretty much at will. They get this instead of the summoned units or thug equipment that other nations get, though.
But if you're concerned about stuff of this kind, let me finish the scenario and post it.
