New Shipset: The Interstaller Concordium
The Interstellar Concordium (ISC) is a organization of several races associated by treaty.
The ISC are actually made up of five humanoid races: The Veltressai, which consists of indentical quadruplets who are empathetically and telepathically linked. The Q'Naabian who are the historians and records keepers of the society. The Pronhoulites who are bipedal reptilians adept at military matters. The Rolvillians who are a psionically active aquatic race that look like a cross between a turtle and a dolphin. And finally, the Korlivilar who are a feline race that are masters of speed and quickness. Most serve in the ground combat and special forces units.
Far from being a manevolant race that most assume them to be, the ISC are actually quite peaceful. The ISC are singularly pacifistic. They have assumed that the development of faster space travel would lead all races to a higher understanding based on the realization that there are enough worlds for everyone. But after their first couple of encounters with their neighbors. The ISC outlook on the galaxy changed. The "Outworlders" were considered to be dangerously violent and not entirely sane. Thus the ISC built a huge fleet and imposed themselves as peacekeepers on the galaxy that to them was full of lunatic and barbaric races.
