It has potential, I was reading the manual and noted the damage modifiers are supposed to do what I suggested in another post for Air to air, air to land, air to sea, land to land, etc combat factors. I think the problem is they are all to generic and vanilla. They seem to be 100%, 80%, 50% and 20%. So if they think a unit has a low chance of hitting a unit they give it a 20%, but should a Stealth Fighter really have a 20% chance of taking out a Typhoon SSBN? Yeah some units have a 0% chance of damaging another unit like Rocket Artilley has a 0% chance of hitting a sub, that's good. Think they need to review the modifiers.
