What exactly do you mean ? You can not make SE load mods ? The best way is ModLauncher - available on you Gold CD. Simply install it into SE directory, install the mod you want play (each mod has a readme.txt for that purpose  ) and then double click on ModLauncher and chose the one you want to play !
