TBS: Dominions III (most anticipated); HOMM IV; Glactic civilizations II;
soulquest ;
realms of hope (MOM remake);
RTS: Spell force II.
RPG: Diablo III (heard a rumor that it's being developed...)
I must add that I would have loved to see a MOM-II but I know chances for that are slim
